Alexa Increases its Global Traffic Panel


We’re excited to announce that after a lot of hard work, the size of Alexa’s global traffic panel will be significantly increasing. Over the next month we’ll be incorporating lots of new data points, which will help improve the accuracy of our metrics. As a reminder, our data panel is a sample of global Internet traffic used to calculate Alexa ranks and estimate non-Certified metrics.

Congrats Alexa! Team Bike Challenge Champions

For the second year in a row, Alexa won first place in the the Team Bike Challenge, San Francisco Small Company category.  Since we have the good fortune to be headquartered in the heart of the beautiful Presidio in San Francisco, CA, biking to work and being active is part of our company culture. During this bike challenge alone, our team saved over 1,200 lbs of CO2 and burned over 55,000 calories.

Congrats everyone!  Looking forward to celebrating another victory in 2015.

While Alexa is a company with a rich, 20-year history in data analytics, this is a particularly exciting and special time for us. In addition, you no longer need to be a site owner to subscribe to our Alexa Pro services allowing more digital marketers and content publishers to take advantage of all we have to offer.
