Where I used to live my job paid $38.00 an hour and we could afford average cars. Where I live now the average pay for my job is a bit on the low end: $13.00 an hour (for an IT/programmer? GAH)&lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;The average car pay for a shiny new car is $300.
